All on site handling at and in ICEEMAT Conference & Exhibition Hall must be carried out solely by the appointed Freight Forwarder, ARC Logistics Sdn Bhd. Only the appointed freight forwarder is allowed to operate mechanical handling and lifting equipment within the exhibition halls.
Please fill in the forms and liase with appointed Freight Forwarder for easy quotation and costing for all forwarding requirements. The costs includes services for the supply of manpower, lifting equipment for unpacking (with or without cases), delivery to/from stands and disposal of empty cases.

Note:
1) Inward movement is delivery from loading bay at exhibition site up to exhibition stand
2) Outward movement is delivery from exhibition stand up to Exhibitors’ truck at exhibition site
3) Minimum charges for one way movement is 3 cbm
4) Measurement unit is based on cubic metres (cbm) or 1,000 kgs whichever is greater
5) All exhibits are subjected to remeasurement for final confirmation
6) Charges for services rendered will be debited direct to the exhibitor
7) Late order will be subjected to a surcharge of 50%
8) All business transactions are undertaken in accordance with the current terms and conditions of trading of ARC Logistics Sdn Bhd. A copy is available upon request.

The Organizer is unable to provide storage facilities on site for packing cases, surplus materials or any other property of exhibitors. Prior arrangements for safe keeping of such items must be made with the official freight forwarder.
During the move in of exhibits or displays, the construction of stands and removal of exhibits, the passageways in the exhibition hall must not be obstructed with packing materials, constructions material or debris.
The Organizers wish to reiterate that the aisles MUST be kept clean and clear of cartons, crates or packing materials AT ALL TIMES. This is the responsibility of every exhibitor and their contractor. A penalty may be levied on the exhibitor if this rule is not complied with.
